Hello Deren,
I like your work with the layout of the apartments, it turned out very appropriate and functional. In some apartments there are too many corridors, it’s not very convenient in terms of the space usage, if you imagine some basic interior design of the flat, then it will be easier for you to navigate planning. I also really liked the two-way orientation of the entrances.
I didn’t quite understand why the building is going diagonally, when all other buildings around are going perpendicular to the viewer's point, it turns out that the building is tearing apart the block. And because of the shape and location of the buildings on the master plan, a completely open courtyard which is situated near the road turns out to be not a courtyard for your house, but an open park for the entire block/quarter, which is not very safe. An excellent solution would be to create a U-shaped house, which will "close" the courtyard on the sides, making it more comfortable and safe, because it would belong exclusively to this house.
I understand that the facade project is art and culture related, which, of course, is a plus, but not an architectural solution, it’s appears just as a curtain facade. These lines remind of the flow of Zaha Hadid, unfortunately, they don’t work as a reference, but only as a decorative element, which doesn’t help to bring dynamics and volume to the building. It is difficult to assess whole building because out of four facades we could see only one. It is not entirely clear for me, why on one building have loggias on the side facade, the other one has windows, and the third one has nothing at all. It would be great to play with different materials and depth of the facades. You can take a lot of inspiration from Mars-architects, BIG, Barozzi veiga, Cobe, OV-A, B-architecten.
Also I like your solution to the general plan with the arrangement of the zones of residence to the residents: playgrounds, relax areas and sports grounds.
All in all I hope you will understand my point of view, wish you best results in your architecture studies, and if you have any questions you can reach out to me by IG: @anc.atelier
