Dear Tania,
I really like your project and your concept also your words are super nice. Your effort is undeniable and its so clear. As overall the project is good and the idea of the passage is so nice, yet I believe that the mass and tue design could be done on any waterfront in the world I mean that the design lacks showing us the identity of Lebanon and Beirut , I would love to see it how it is related to the site that we cannot see it anywhere else. Another point I want you to be aware of the scale of the site , the outdoor area is so huge and you just done some nice landscape in most of it which is at some point could be a bit boring so just think more and propose more activities to be done also you can add some light weight structures as shading elements or pavilions with some simple activities to be done.
Another advice is that it is preferable to use lighter colors as a background especially in the first slide in order make the drawings more clear and the presentation comfortable to look at for anyone.
Finally, well done and best of luck.
Dear Ms. Salma,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your contribution toward my project! Your words mean a lot for me.
I really appreciate the time and effort you have spent to share your comments, which will be absolutely taken into consideration.
Regarding the project, this project counts on the idea of designing an urban development, a space of conviviality, well needed, offered to the inhabitants of Beirut. To do so and to relive the relation with the city, I have created an accessible roof, a pedestrian esplanade going from the public places arriving on the ground and accessing this roof to reach the level of the urban area and see all the city from there. Regarding the outdoor area, the landscape is designed as a space of gathering and social interaction between the habitants and the visitors of Beirut.
Thank you again for your feedback. It was so nice to hear from you!
Sincerly,
Tania Aoun.
