Dear Ayat,
After analysing your project I would like to suggest you to pay attention for zoning of the areas and similar architectural language.
It would be better if you will extend Public Park from north to south, by involving in it Vocational Training Center, Restaurants Area and Martyr's Square, thus you will create green core integrating those functions inside of park and creating good connection so people will be able to discover memorial place while walking through the park. Since the Martyr's Square is the main memorial area it would be good to place it on the centre point, so that it will be visible from all axes of project, by changing it place with Restaurants Area. If you will manage to create a presence of Martyr's Square in all the park it would be more interesting. Try to see the reference of Holocaust Memorial in Berlin and Cemetery-Park in Malmo, Sweden. Also move the Old Silo Building to the side where other Silo Building is located, so you will have better space for Park and more clear zoning for each functions.
For architectural language try to follow similar style, because you mixing here so many things. Be consistent and try to find one language. So if you are going with multi level containers which is so industrial, check out the architecture of Jean Nouvel and Renzo Piano and try to get more technological and industrial.
Try to develop your project more by going with textures, materials and construction systems.
I hope my feedback will help.
Good luck in your work.

Nika Gasimbeyli
