Hi, dear Pronay! How are you?
Your floor plans do not match your building's shape diagram. For example, the river does not enter its architecture in the diagrams, only in the ground floor plan. Was the river altered to enter your architecture? Was the river already like this? Present the same information in all your drawings so as not to cause doubts for the reader.
About the diagram of architectural form, use diagrams with the same perspective angles to ease perception, as the jury does not know your project.
Keep the same visual language in all your floor plans and technical drawings. Although it takes more work, the language will not confuse the reader.
The proposed interaction between the open spaces and the river through the cut slabs is very interesting, which creates relationships between people and the water and new angles for people to view from the pavement where they are.
About the design of the enlarged area, always work with small general drawings that show the location of the enlargement to ease interpretation, especially for readers who need to analyze many projects.
The 3D images were excellent in relation to the graphical representation, but, they do not present the entire environment, making it difficult to understand the building's implantation and accesses. For example: in technical drawings, the river is shown beside the building, but it is not located in the perspective images. The river is an integral part of your project and has relevance in your architecture, so present it so that the reader understands the true relationship between your architecture and the river.
Also include the surroundings in which your building is located, even if it is a green area, as there is no drawing that shows your urban surroundings or how the terrain of your project is shaped. Its architecture is precise and has a strong inclination to local history and culture, to despise the surroundings is to go against its concept of architecture.
Of internal environments and uses, explain how the humidity caused by the river does not interfere with the conservation of books and which materials were used to protect the internal environment from possible rain, even if it does not occur frequently.
Please consider my criticisms as a way to help you present your project better. An external opinion always adds work.
Congratulations on the project!!
I am really grateful for your advise, Thank you so much. I will try to fix the problems.
