Beginning with the name of the project, I imagine a clear and simple architecture for person, because it will simplify being in such center. The first picture attracts attention and I want to scroll further and learn more about the project. Warm accent points in the architecture on the contrast of the cold environment or the absence of textures on the model create comfort inside the project.
There is not enough detailed analysis of the territory. Why did you choose this place for your project? The layout of the functions is clear and logical, but it is difficult to move – there are many long corridors.
In the image - top view - the composition is very loaded, where is the major and the minor element, it is not clear for me, if the center of the whole composition is the square, then why there is a composite unit equivalent to the central element above. If the idea is to create 3 main horizontal axes and fix them with composite unit, then why is the third axis without such an element? There is an option to simplify the composition – remove unnecessary details, to understand where the central element of the composition of your project is and then make all other elements visual as secondary elements.
I really liked the presentation of the facade-section in the form of a hand graphic (or drawing), which adds dynamics and life to the project and to the idea. The schemes are also simple and clear – this is very good, now it is so popular and simply perceived.
In general, the composition (black and white photo) – interesting and looks like an abstract painting, but for an architectural object it is better to simplify it – this will make it easier to move inside the spa center. Your concept project could be finished in the best way to get a very good project.
All the best,
