I like the idea of Giving and Receiving, which is the key slogan of the project. The clear segregation of function with a distinct courtyard between the buildings, including one in the educational block gives immense possibilities to interact and spend time in the class intervals.
Pros
Looking at the zoning diagram with is clearly understood at this scale, the segregation of classrooms and services are well defines.
Gangways connecting both towers are beautiful hangout places too.
The facade is well thought of with regards to the sun diagram and natural wind flows.
The educational block has 2 big lecture hall on the ground floor with directly opens outside. Which I think can be re addressed in a different way. Any big gathering space should not open directly outside. It should have a intermediate space to cutout thermal differences in between.
The classrooms are oriented towards the inner courtyard with overlooks the gangways while the directors and admin rooms have clear visual to the surrounding and light. What if the functions be reversed?
The hotel block with lecture hall and other halls is a challenging space again. A dedicated passage way to the hotel suite is required for well function
