The project proposal and the concept are quite successful. The solution of living spaces around defined open spaces is positive. Many different garden designs are very good. The green building proposal and green spaces are very positive. In general, it would be even more positive to integrate the green building concept into the building. Apart from the tree and plant, it is also conceivable that the building generates its own energy. The development of the building can be achieved by considering the production and consumption of waste water and electricity.
If possible, the car parks on the ground floor should be taken to the basement, and social spaces, open, semi-open and closed spaces should be added to the ground floor. Especially for the welfare of the user who will live here, markets, workshop areas, meeting areas, cultural areas, exhibition areas can be integrated. With this solution, it is possible for users to interact not only on the top floor, but also on the ground floor.
The small green areas on the living floors are not enough. There are plants in the pots for decorative purposes only. Instead, it would be better to create gardens on the living floors as well. Gardens can also be defined in the vertical direction by creating spaces connecting several floors to each other. These gaps will also be positive on the building facade. It may not always be possible for the users to go down to the ground floor to socialize. These socializations can also be provided in the living floors. Also the corridors are very long and boring. Terraces and gardens to be designed on the upper floors will be positive for the solution of these corridors.
