Architecture. Interior design. Landscaping project. Urban design. more
It can be seen that the developer of this project responsibly approached the analysis of problems that this project will help solve. We see a lot of analytical data on the main tablet of the project. The idea of the architectural form, presented by the author in the form of a layout and 3D, is also clearly visible.
I’d like to draw the architect's attention to the following points:
1. General plan and landscaping.
In my opinion, it is worthwhile to additionally work out the environment of the object, pedestrian connections, walking areas, recreation areas with a canopy, so that the project looks like a complete complex.
2. Building facades and 3D visualization
You can try to make 3D less realistic in terms of color. Select a few primary colors for the render, emphasizing the lightness, complex, and material used (such as glass). In the same style, complete the main facades of the building.
3. Project submission.
Now the project looks a bit rambling, it is obvious that the author has invested a lot of time and work on the development of analytical schemes, but on the tablet they look chaotic. Perhaps, it’s worth focusing on a large image of the building from an advantageous angle, separately highlighting the block for demonstrating facades and layout, drawing diagrams and all analytics into the background in a separate block (for example, at the bottom of the tablet).
You can also add some interior views inside the building.
