Dear Zhou Chang,
The project is great and well developed.
But try to use more orthogonal grid for layout of your blocks. Because following the direction of site lines, creates weird angles of blocks, which later would make it not possible to put furniture in those spaces with those angles. Especially its visible on the middle part of your layout. While the left side is well organised.
Also try to give space less functions and more green areas and open spaces, otherwise it looks to over-constructed. Try to break your grid in some places and make green passages to pass through your buildings, instead of creating close blocks. Check the reference of Oslo Harbour Promenade by Rodeo Architects. Don't be very rigit, think about the public space in the conception and the views, than the grid itself. Find right balance between public spaces and functions. By using green areas you will be able to solve the problems of the buildings corners.
Try to create a green corridor all along the water front by bringing the park you have on the left side and connect it with the park on right side.
Hope it will be useful for you.
Good luck with work.
Regards,
Nika Gasimbeyli
