Hello,
I explore your work, and i really like your idea of space zoning with color while maintaining the main structure of the building. The use of pop art style in this space is quite justified, although in any case it will intersect with the loft style, since this is exactly the space that this style owns.
I also love the color blocks you use throughout the center space. The walls of the building are already a bright ornament and the main character of the entire ensemble; I would reduce the number of small details and elements because they begin to argue with the specifics of the building. Considering that you give open metal and wooden structures, thereby supporting the loft direction of the plant, small paintings, albeit in the pop art style, confuse the viewer's gaze. And since the space is intended mainly for students, this point should be taken into account. If you look closely, most pop art artists play with color blocks, they have much less small details, since they catch the viewer's eye with color. Perhaps you should try large format neon signs as a replacement for small elements.
I also like the use of greenery in the rooms, perhaps it was worth expanding their influence, showing a connection with nature.
In terms of design, I would also think about furniture and lighting, since this is a concept without a budget, then you can try to use interesting design solutions for furniture, especially lounge areas and chairs in the color of the selected rooms, as well as lamps, chandeliers, they could become accent elements instead of pictures.
If it is possible, it would be nice to add exhibition halls with permanent and changing exhibitions, students and artists could take part in them, nevertheless, this is a center of pop art, so the rooms for artists and performances would be very relevant.
As a result, I want to say that your idea for the renovation of the factory is very relevant, and the use of color blocks for zoning the rooms is very successful and is consistent with the theme you have chosen. The topic of factory renovation is quite extensive and interesting, if you want, you can look at several examples of world practices for solving such problems: LX Factory, Nordhavn District Copenhagen, Rothermanni Quarter Tallinn, Domino sugar factory Brooklyn New York.

Thank you very much for your feedback and I agree with you about the small elements and details, and if I am going to design a space like this again, I will definitely consider this.
But about the spread of paint and colored boxes in the space, I must say that I tried to respect the brick and old texture of the factory as much as possible and put only spots of paint in the form of boxes in the space. And to further expand the color and pop a sense of pop art in the space, I used colored lights that I was not very successful at (which would have worked better if neon signs had been used. Thanks for pointing me to this, I would definitely consider this. )
