First of all I thank INSPIRELI for granting me the honor of being able to evaluate this work.
This project is very well conceived, structured, organized and represented.
It is very clear that the designer took into consideration the points that he addressed as objectives of this project.
The way he is concerned about the interaction between different cultures shows how committed he is to this idea. A very mature and well thought out idea.
The environmental sustainability is very visible because it is part of the conceptual idea and can be easily perceived in the project by its interaction with the architecture.
Social sustainability is also very present in the project's intention. It can be seen that it was the student's concern to expose to the world, in a healthy way, the Semai culture and provide them a healthy interaction with the rest of the world.
However, the financial sustainability of this project remains to be presented. How will this work give some financial return to the community in question and how will it work.
Other than this, the project is one of the most complete and well presented by a student and until today this was one of the few projects that inspired me.
