I reviewed the contestant's project in detail. I liked the desire of the author of the project to make it, as it were, part of the environment. The contestant's project deserves attention, however, in my opinion, it looks more like a sketch or a more or less formalized idea. However, it must be taken into account that the evacuation exits (stairs), which are located on the upper level, must be dispersed, despite the fact that this may affect the architectural design. It is also necessary to check the safety of the load-bearing structures and the connections between them. It can also change the original intent. Where there is a mass congestion of people, the safety of structures is the main thing, despite the fact that the project is based on a "floating" and "flying" structure. Here, joint work with designers is needed so as not to repeat the tragic experience in connection with the tragic events in Transval Park (2004).
