I sincerely appreciate Elif Ayvas for the architecture design of Cultural Centre. This design succeded in contributing ideas to develop this area to be the oasis for the community and cultural aspect.

Physically, this Cultural Centre has several strong points, namely:
1. Courtyard as open space.This courtyard provide connectivity to the environment and community, allow natural daylight to enter the whole mass.
2. Green roof for elaborating green concept that provide space for activities
3. Heigthened mass in one side for pedestrian to entre this building complex.
4. Transparent façade that allow the visual interaction of elaboration inside and ouside area of buildings
5. Aware and adapt to the site contour

I would llike to suggest you to considerate the strategy for opening design for screening the sun to reduce glare and thermal heat in the facade; and also add the greeneries in all around building landscape.
