the architectural proposal is very interesting; however, a defect of most projects is not considering or reading the immediate context, that is, it is necessary to investigate the location of the project and confront the existing architecture in the place, even analyzing aspects of connectivity.
Another aspect that is not evident in a clear or detailed way is the architectural programming and the functional relationships, but in the end the reading indicates that there is a balance between solid and virtual, a set of volumes, also balance and displacement of elements that make it an attractive proposal.
