Allow me to congratulate you on such a well-rounded project.
The volumetric study as well as the choice of materials allow the project - even though massive - to have a light appearance and let natural flood in.
Natural light in interior public spaces represents the essence of this type of projects. You did a great job incorporating it.
The project has a Richard Meier kind of character.

Two suggestions to take this project further:
1- Incorporate an urban analysis that shows how the project fits with its surroundings and connects the urban tissue.
2- Develop a sustainable study regarding the use of materials.
