As a designer, I start from the creative experience of solutions through projection. Architecture… more
Hello Shen Moxuan, it is a pleasure to be able to talk about architecture with you, first of all congratulations for the solution established for the projection of technical and aesthetic parameters in the design.
I have some additional suggestions to improve the functional part of the project:
1. On the first floor, the dining room and kitchen sectors are specified, both for functional reasons must be directly connected by internal circulation effects, areas directly connected and at the same time separated by horizontal delimiting enclosures. (Direct connection of staff and public)
2. The axonometric view of the first floor does not show the second staircase that connects the historic commercial area with the medical areas. (Connection between parallel spaces must always be visible)
3. In the same way, there is another projected staircase on the second floor where the medical areas are located, which is not shown in the axonometric view (Near observation 2)
4. For the purpose of axonometric management, it is better to cut the walls horizontally in the middle to appreciate the complete furniture in each sector or area (Analog verification of functional architectural facts)
Without further clarification, congratulations on your project and the didactic handling of perspectives, sections and other applications, good handling of color palettes and ease of explanation of the theoretical set.
Greetings.
