Proportionate - is the word i would use to decribe this project. A quality that is one of the most difficult to achieve in architectural design as it requires a mature thinker.
By proportionate I mean all things positive:
The addition is as large as it needs to be, and adds to the location in so many ways: function, spatial quality, brand, circulation, usability, attraction.
Combined with an "ageless" design, instead of trendy looks, it makes a perfect home for a long lasting community development.
The technical solutions do not seem to be complicated, they are well measured ( proportionate) to the extension size.
Tricky part of such a project is filling such a large volume with functions. A matter that would require local government involvement to deal with the site as part of their development areas.
the graphic representation is self explanatory, clear-cut, just like the thought itself.
Congratulations!
Dear Simon Viktória,
Thank you for your observation on my project,it is a privilege to me that you took your time and gave your opinion and the keywords that you used shows me that my project’s idea was translated properly
