Interesting proposal to cover large areas and functional needs.
Its great advantage is that it can fit any location, any size anywhere in the world. at the same time, it is also a pain point for me it does not seem to have any local quality .
As for layout options, It is important to set a limit to building height, and structural stability would have to be solved.
The number of modul types shown on the panel are way too many, i feel. utting the modul types down to 4-6 would probably result in a more consistant character, and also give a more rational ground to prefabrication.
As structures, partitions and services are separated in the standard designs, that can create enough variety.
There is a great opportunity in choosing the materal options for the modules. That would define character that is now a litte unclear.
