The whole idea is great. The concept and its implementation are impessive. Looks like it was made in the 1960-s. The overall design reminds me Futuro House by Matti Sauronen and Eero Saarinen's furniture and interiors - it is not clear was it made intentionally or creators just immersed themselves so well into that historical period. Techinical description and drawings are also good and thoughtful, quite understandable for all, I guess.
It was confusing to read the project at first glance - all the renderings placed into the postage stamps and magazines' covers do not emphasize the idea but make the initial attempt more difficult to understand. I can suggest not to use such a heavy way of presentation, it is just too much of unnecessary decoration. It should be one or two uses of those "frames".
Next thing I can tell - about the shape of the plan. I would do some curvature there - curved walls or maybe ceilings too, a bit, not all of them of course. It would be better not to just decorate the apartment with some retro-futuristic items and werid openings but to create actual cosmic space in there.
