This is a work of a professional architect and I can not find another words for it. I see here a lot of analysis both structural and environmental. Good understanding of everything needed for development of the site. Rare case when the description is matching the actual presentation. When I was reading it I was not expecting all of those promised statements actually implemented in the project. I am impressed of the amount of work done here as well as of its quality. It is really hard to find something questionable in the design. But I tried - and I find that the project itself looks like many others of this kind. It lacks the identity, the weirdness so to say. It evokes the feeling of "have I seen that just a couple of days before somewhere else?" But this is just one thing I can say against this proposal. Hope next time you can do better conceptual studies of spacial idea or shapes. The main feature of archtecture if we speak of it as an art and not as just a way of proper space organization - is weiridness. It should be something unusual in the concept itself. But anyway this is a brilliant job!
