By relocating the port, the authors achieved a good physical and functional connection of the developed area with its immediate surroundings.
Planned land uses and activities are elaborated in detail and coordinated with each other, and spatially.
The proposal of new typologies of buildings and residential blocks, following the conclusions obtained from the research of the existing local specific context, made an additional contribution to this project.
The contribution of this project is also reflected in the consideration of urban planning principles related to the quality of life and the quality of recreational and other activities in the port area.
The graphic illustrations are clear and interpretative and to a good extent reflect the author's intentions, especially the formed diagrams, isometric views, and visualizations.
As it was done for the topic of connections of the port with the immediate environment, the idea of dividing the space into zones and planned activities could be further clarified and graphically displayed through diagrams - for example, what caused the setting of zones, the choice and spatial distribution of activities, etc.
