Hello Mr. Gadelkarim,
I will start with urban design. It would be appropriate to situate the car parking spots and the bus terminal closer to the Main train station. On the other hand, the bus parking area should be located further away from the main station building.
The main access road for cars in front of the main station should be differentiated: into taxi lines, lines for short-term parking, etc... I must commend a clever off-street crossing of the people movement (whether they arrive by car, taxi or bus) and train services. It is an elegant solution of this project. I recommend You to check the Oriente station from Santagio Calatrava in Lisbon, where the movement of people is perfectly solved. Attention: the floor plans are draw incorrect. The location of the Main access road to the second level is only visible from the 3D visualization.
I understand the placement of the trees as a scheme, but think more carefully about its design. The pedestrian sidewalks and the shapes of the ponds are a bit random. I don't see work with geometry here (golden ratio, Fibonacci sequence, compositional principles, etc…). I miss the continuity with the surrounding parcels (I don't know anything about surrounding place, buildings, sidewalks, roads or trees). I would like to see it in a wider context.
The architectural expression as a “metaphor” of the Nile artery is hilarious and beautifully creates a distinctive building silhouette. The wave passes smoothly from ground level and rises through the two levels of the station before returning to its original level. However, the construction of the roof (layers of a roof) is not clear. Double glazing roof is indicated in certain places. I do not know if this solution is for whole roofing. However, in this case of a large glass area, it is important to solve the overheating of the space by this structure (under the roof, behind the facade). It is not cost-effective for the building to have additional artificial cooling system.
If You are designing the layout (2D floor plans), think at the same time about the space (3D). Beware of partitions and corners of the rooms that protrude into the space for no reason (Fitst floor plan, room no. 6, toilets and staircase). I missed elevators from ground floor to first floor so close to main entrance. It is not appropriate to force wheelchair users or mothers with prams to find the lifts, which in my opinion are far from the main entrance, or rather I would have placed them in a more dignified location to be noticed by anyone who needs it.
I would like to say that you have done a beautiful job and I wish you a lot of success in your work.
