The radial masterplan layout seems simple and interesting.
The theme for the Expo you have explained has to be further interpreted in to Architectural objectives that can generate the "big idea" and thereby giving an architectural solution to the scheme.
As of now, the 3 buildings that represent different countries do not have any identity of its own country nor it has any Architectural character that is generated off a single Architectural concept.
The entrance building needs more thinking in terms of its spacial character and the ambiaunce that is needed for an entrance building of this nature. You need to consider that this building is the 1st point of contact as per your master plan.
The Main Plaza seems interestingly done and it reflects the objective of the Expo. The circular building properly fit in the landscape of the radial layout.
However the paths that connects the individual county pavilions need to be thought of as those paths needs to frame your mind in the progression towards the pavilions Think about the spacial progression from the main plaza to the country pavilions, how you frame one's mind . Since there are 3 differnt paths, leading to 3 different county pavilions, those must have 3 uniqe characters.
The materials used to be explored more that enhances the main concept of your scheme.
