The project attempts to integrate a memorial park with a reshaped coastline, introducing canals that double the coast’s length and create a more interactive public space. The division of the site into Memorial/Commercial and Industrial zones preserves the integrity of each function while ensuring a thoughtful separation between the solemn memorial and industrial areas. Within the memorial zone, the inclusion of diverse segments—housing, education, culture, and business—creates a self-sustaining, vibrant community. The elevation of residences on steel beams ensures maximum greenery at ground level, promoting environmental sustainability. The use of container housing provides an innovative and affordable solution for those in need, contributing to social equity and offering peaceful refuge for students and others.
