It is good to see another zahahadidesque way of creating shapes. I personally liked this approach to urban grid - lively and irregular. Overall impession is also convinient (if we leave unnoticed out-of-scale kiter on the foreground, of course). The area surrounding the silo is also well designed but the amount of eathwork needed is huge - that is the main question of this project for me. Speaking of the silo - I'm asking myself - yes this is a renmant of the tragedy - but do we really need to preserve it? I've seen many proposals for this site - and I can not remember one with the silo demolished. It could put the project out of the rest submitted if you get rid of the silo and explain the concept beneath the desision. Maybe I'm wrong here but Architecture is the Art and you can use all possible ways to be noticeable. Could it be, just for exmaple, a hole in the water/ground following the shape of this distinctive object?
The design anyway looks professional and represents you as skilled individuals.
