The overall concept and visuals are good, but I have a few comments about the old building and the slope of the roof. One of your drawings show that you're renovating an already built-up area, and in this case it is recommended to show the existing plan compared to the new one and highlight anything that will be changed in the existing structure. The other comment is about the slope. Slopes on roofs not only serve an aesthetic purpose but also a functional one. At the end of the slope there should be a gutter especially in a rainy area, and the steepness of the roof would depend on the region, but since the slope in your case pours into the middle it might result in water ponding if it wasn't properly harvested. So maybe in this case it might be helpful to experiment more with the shape of the roof, and try to come up with a way to carry off rainwater.
I hope this helps! Thank you for your efforts, I wish you all the best in your progress!
