The topic chosen by the author is very relevant and interesting. Architects from around the world have been trying for years to find the best solution to the problem of affordable housing. The author managed to create a rather pretty concept of the village of budget housing, proving that cheap does not mean ugly. The village came out quite cozy. However, the author should pay a little more attention to the layouts of residential buildings, there is insufficient width of communication passages in houses, some furniture will be quite difficult to use. There are not enough communication links between the houses and the courtyard space is not sufficiently worked out inside - as the main public space of the village. In general, the concept is quite interesting, I would like to wish the author not to stop and continue his architectural searches!
Dear Natalya Khomutova, I would like to thank you about your feedbacks on my affordable housing project. your responses motivates me to work and discover more. And i really noticed your questions before on the functionality of the project in terms of different directions. Hopefully I'll focus and work on the things which makes the design more functional.
