Interesting scheme!
The contextual analysis identfy a cultural route where the particular project fits in to it at a strategic point at a macro level is good.
The 3 links to the other significant connections and thereby generating the built mases accordingly at the micro level is commendable. The links from all 3 sides leading to the planza ramping down is interesing.
However as the building has a uniqueness and a significance in terms of its activity and hence felt it should be treated as an icon while being empathetic to the context.
The brutalist character of a war museum is depicted with the sharp edges, dark spaces etc. is good.
The central space at +0 level where all 3 links meet together becomes the most celebrative space and hence it could have been highlighted as an "agora" extending towards the waterfront. Also it is better if all 3 buldings could respond to the central plaza more that what it is now.
It would be better if the roof levels are accecible to public with landscaped gardens encouraging the public intereaction at all levels of the buildings while increasing the "green foot print"
Space planning inside the buildings needs to be improved.
The technical information given is not adequate. The information must be interpreted architecturally with details and specific materals used.
Good luck
