Interesting effort! in creating spaces for students of "creative specialities"
Your approach to the design, analysing the Physical context, User , Activity etc should lead to an Architectural Concept - the "Big Idea", where your design has to be worked upon to achieve this concept It could be an aspect or a problem that you need to address that is specific to your project or the user or the context.
The rationale for your building form is not so clear. Why do you have 2 towers at 2 ends? etc
Do you have any reason to design an "organic form" within a context of rectiliener/square building forms?
What are the factors that you considered to derive at the Architects Brief?
In terms of space planning, there are a lot of wasted spaces with walls with acute angles etc. The line language that is needed for a curviliner form for interior partition walls differs from a building with streight lines. You may study similar building forms that are being already done by Architects to understand the language.
When designing the hostel spaces, you need to comeout with a creative typology derived from the specific user needs - the fact that they are a group of students of "creative specialities" rather than approaching it with a generalized spaces that can be used by any student. The arrangement of rooms needs to have a certain descipline.
Having a roof garden at the mid level is interesting. However it is good if all students of both towers could access it and act as a place of interaction.
Good Luck
