Dear Daria
This is an interesting project that provides a good public space within a historic area.
Some points that could improve the design are:
- Percentage of open spaces could be maximized, including a more welcoming plaza at the entrance area, and the plaza round the corner could become more spacious.
- Zebra crossing alignment could be with the entrance to provide clearer relations and inviting space.
- Entrance point/s from the parking area could be distinguished using statement plants
- Paving materials could be explored and presented to stand out within the context
- Perhaps the number of types of plants could be reduced so as to have a clearer landscape identity of the square
- Presentation is good and interesting, one point is that the scale of floral plants could be reconsidered
Good luck
