Nikola,
First of all, your project is fascinating and I believe that such ideas can indeed change reality for the better. The leading principles of the project are very clear and indicate your ability to produce a complex project and explain it simply.
Your idea to take inspiration from the existing and improve it works well with the urban area you chose to take care of and allows pedestrians to use the urban space. In addition, the division of the project into a number of nodes creates interesting urban situations in which there is a choice and therefore encounters between students, locals and tourists are created. The use of a programmatic toolbox is not reflected in the documents where you specify the architecture of the blocks. In each document, it is possible to display several reference points or details at the same time. In this analytical project, I suggest that in every document in which you present one of the blocks, add an orientation scheme so that it is possible to refer to each block separately but also to the relationships between the blocks. In addition, I recommend adding the walking or cycling distances between the different blocks because this is a leading principle in your project.
The 3D views and graphics of the project shows well the relationship between the existing layer and the new layer you added and also show that you respect the place and get inspiration from it to create the new layer.
Thank you and good luck!
