Very well presented project, congratulations!
Would be better if the main idea that holds all structures and spaces together could have been explained better.
What about pedestrians? What about the people who ride? What about tourists? What about native people? What does this proposal offer to them? This needs explanation.
All architectural structures look nice. On the other hand, what about their relationship with the existing textures around? How do these new buildings fit into the existing urban structure? I wonder whether this proposal considers the traditional architecture of Beirut as well.
Sure we can plan city centers as perfectly as possible that is based on knowledge. What is the knowledge that the designer considers replanning and shaping this urban environment? This needs clarification as well.
Being a student project, it deals with the daily problems of architecture quite well. On the other hand, the proposal still needs a better explanation about its reasons to be like this. The level of the presentation promises a lot for future progress.
