Dear Michaela, I read your project’s statement. Your perusal of the city and analysis of study data is impressive. Your concern for improving the quality of life and the economic conditions of the region through art, as a young and talented architect, is admirable.
In my opinion, your proposal is effective for organizing space on a mega scale, but it is a bit tumultuous at the stage of converting an idea into a space. Both in the form and in the presentation of architecture, we are faced with a storm of diagrams and data. My proffer is that the purer the presentation of your ideas, the more focused and effective they will be.
Your idea of creating a landmark for the city and attracting points for tourists is interesting, and you created the fluidity of the project in relation to its surroundings, however, I think that the created spaces could have a stronger and more avant-garde formal language.
Your attention to climatic conditions and their effect on the form and manner of placement of the project on the site and its connection with the surrounding nature has happened in your design. Regarding the project, I think it is possible to create more dynamic spaces.
I am sure I will see more professional projects from you in the future.
Best wishes
