I would like to note an interesting and relevant topic, the author's love for this territory is felt.
The project is very real and this is its main advantage. It is impressive that the author tried to tie the building to the shoreline of the lake, perhaps it was worth continuing this topic and making more open spaces and exits to the water at different levels - in order to further connect the building with the park. A little lacks a more detailed study of the plans and functional program of the building. In general, the project deserves high marks, I would like to wish the author good luck!
