Dear Rim Hassan,
The representation of the project is quite satisfactory. Well done.
The high-rise buildings on the waterfront are disturbing in the morphology of the city. The design of this area blocks the visual connection of the city with the sea, and the grouping of the buildings is closely related.
In the urban context, the bridge that will carry people to the port seems to complicate the work. This issue could have been easily resolved.
It occupies too much of the residential area on three separate pieces of land extending to the sea. The project could have been much better if the opportunity to move around freely had been considered. The port of Beirut would draw attention as a more lively place.
best wishes
