This project includes some important contemporary themes (healthcare, energy, and economical issues) and works well to integrate them into the urban context of Beirut. In the prologue, please add argumentation to your claims so that the background to your project and the choice of the site are well communicated ("the most famous port ever" is not enough to communicate the idea to a wide audience). The underground tunnel makes an interesting conceptual bridge between the city and the port. The section and elevation that follow the coastline would be very useful in demonstrating the organization of movements across the site. This is also important in terms of the local context, desired connections/disconnections, panoramic views, and further explanation of the concept (attracting tourists, organizing and segregating activities, etc.).
