Hi Guma
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the great efforts made in designing the project. It shows very deep and complex thinking.
The project looks very good from several aspects, the most important of which is the horizontal and vertical movement, whether this movement concerns the movement of people, goods, or vehicles.
Where we note that the movement is very well studied in the project at all levels and for all types.
The space design is simple, easy, and clear, it is designed to be smooth and uncomplicated, taking into consideration that the number of parking spaces is very few according to the functions on the site.
As for the pedestrian ways, the cars are well interlocked and seem well designed and very efficient for the port's purpose as a work.
The structure is well done, and the design is very good from a structural point of view.
However, there are some notes that the designer should take into consideration, such as-
• The designer mentioned the importance of integrating with green areas and providing them in the project, but despite the green in the site plan, I did not feel the effect of green spaces.
• As well as, the project looks like a high-tech industrial city as if we see Pompidou Center in France.
Also, the project does not fully express the identity of Lebanon as a country if the facades and site planning are not completed except for purely high-tech industrial service projects that are operated by robots.
The project lacks a basement floor, which will be very useful in containing the services of the project and the stores required by the work.
Finally, I wish the student all the best for joining the awarded family, and I wish him good luck in his work as an architect.
