Dear Elina Sakhautdinova
It seems that this study is the product of intensive research. In my opinion, you have captured very important points in the context of the subject. So, ı found your approaches succesful. However, I need to point out that there are some things I don't understand because I am unfamiliar with the alphabet and language you used. Also, its hard to understand the images because of low resolution, and texts are not readable.
Creating an ethno complex is quite a difficult task. Because, first of all, it is necessary to define all tangible and intangible cultural codes in detail. It is necessary to research and define many things, such as traditions, plan schemes of traditional structures, abandoned traditional methods of production etc. Moreover, the process can bring some other threats. The historicist reconstruction approach is one of these threats, and it can have misleading results..
I found your project idea and design approaches successful that the target audience was defined very well and the project goals were determined, and that it was compatible with the ethnic complex issue.
I think it would be better if you emphasize -more convincingly- the reasons for why you chose this location for your Project. Also, it would be good to state its differences from other places, even in one sentence, to emphasize why this area is important for this design and function. Its understandable that historical context, transportation, uniq landscape was influential in the site selection, but the uniquness of the landscape could have been better expressed...
It is very good to have identified the deficiencies of the parks through the ethnoparks in Russia. I found it successful.
The typological analysis of traditional buildings would be beneficial for your design but ı didnt understand how and why the basilical form makes any sense for your design (also for ethnoparks). I don't think that simply being a "utilitarian" plan type is meaningful and relevant enough for this project. You need to find more convincing reasons.
Lastly, regarding your project description, it should be noted that the issue of national identity emerged after the French Revolution and is a problem of the modern period. There always seems to be a conflict between modernity and the preservation of identity and cultural values. However, the situation is exactly the opposite. I recommend you to read "The Conservation Movement: A History of Architectural Preservation: Antiquity to modernity" by Miles Glendinning.
Congratulations..
