The student makes a good attempt to inscribe a seemingly functional object with an interesting composition into a complex relief, which, in my opinion, he succeeded.
1 At first, I would like information on the functional groups of premises in the text part. Hence there was a clearer relationship between groups of rooms and then the shaping of the volume. Can highlight functional areas. Due to the fact that not all floor plans are shown. Or they are typical repeating.
2 Taking into account the active terrain according to the master plan, it is not entirely clear about the accessibility of the surrounding space of the access area for people with disabilities and the accessibility of the environment.
It is also interesting to provide the perimeter of the building with the availability of a fire passage and possible technological loads.
3 Floor plans add dimensions or a scale bar.
4 And personally, in my opinion, the presented facades lack a color scheme, which is present only in the visualization.
5 I would like clarifications on the surrounding buildings. How the projected volume works with the environment can fit the projected volume into the development of the surrounding buildings.
