This project seems to be a very interesting one.
What I am expecting-
It should have an urban impact- meaning to invite surroundings.
The planetarium itself is a significant structure and has a share attraction. It is hard to avoid this power.
About the project-
The presentation skills are commendable.
Contrast with surface material is well thought.
This project demanded a symmetric arrangement of built form. That may have given more power to the Old Structure.
The adjacent two buildings should have been shorter in height to demonstrate the importance of the Palnatorium.
The commercial zone seems loosely designed and shows little respect for the Palnatorium.
However, the designer has shown good design skills to vocabularise some good quality of space.
