Good day Imma,
in the beginning, I would like to commend you for the interesting project of villa.
I appreciate the location of the house within the property. The house opens out into the garden. The living rooms, including the exterior provide privacy for the owner. I also appreciate the placement of the rooms on one floor creating a barrier free design of the house. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom illuminated by skylights. The large windows contemplate external shading, which I think is a smart choice. Even the corridor is illuminated with skylights to avoid the view from the street. The main entrance to the villa is located on the axis of the atrium with a tree and allows a view of the garden. The atrium divides the villa into private and social areas. I would recommend You a better placement of the bathroom sanitation in the left part of the villa. The bathtub protrudes into the room right by the door and reduces the space in front of the sink.
Anyway, the villa looks very good. You've done a nice job.
