Architectural projects in school are meant to push the limits. This project appear to be very conventional. I think the designer can push the ideas further by exploring whether it is possible to elimiate all the cars. can the center be functional without cars? Can the center be self sustainable using water, sun and wind? We don't see any sustaiable concept in this one floor buidings. When the footprint is so small, it is a perfect opportunities to explore all types of sustainable features.
