Appreciate you for taking up a broader scale topic, especially in the public domain. A Court building is a challenging topic to deal with, also requires good amount of detailing and technical understanding too. The choice to hand render the design is bold. The space configuration as done and explained is good !
For the use of concrete and glass, is justified but in the climatic context, exposed concrete and glass will put pressure on HVAC systems of the building. The intent to combine old and the new is justified and also executed reasonably well.
You may choose to use digital rendering and 3D visualization tools for better realistic rendering of the project. In terms of services, detailing is required.
Overall, it is a good effort and a good project to take up.
