Hello Bojan, I am here to bring some external views on your work in the Inspireli competition.
First, I would like to emphasize some good points:
1/ Objects themselves provide a good variety of space, which is necessary for different sizes of families.
2/ Interior setups are well constructed and very modern. I would like to see those objects even on the hillside as individual houses. Also big windows bring a lot of natural light into the interior.
3/ Increase in size of the middle part of the coast creates a really promising fun and recreation centre.
Second, I would like to emphasize some negatives:
1/ Reduction of sea-houses is a bit of a utopian thought and it is almost impossible to realize. One reason might be ownership rights, people won´t be willing to move from their spots, maybe they would need to buy the land under their boats, so they will remain stable. Another situation would be, if the ownership belongs exclusively to one organisation (etc. hotel company / government). In both cases, there is a need to store objects somewhere, so maybe the whole concept misses some warehouses. Also the price of moving those objects could be really unprofitable and too complicated to do it regularly every tourist season.
2/ The main advantage of living on the hill is to get nice sea-views every day, on every level of the hill. Moving development to one-leveled sea field means, people will see just another house-boats out of their windows. So the vacation stay would lose some quality because of missing views during chilling on the house-both platform etc. That might make house-boats less profitable.
3/ The architecture of both house-boats and pavilions is really different, in which I personally miss some connection and deeper meaning. Idea is very technically thoughtful, but misses maybe a bit of an artistic approach. The competition is also about presentation, where you can do more in the future.
Also you have to take into consideration that I have no idea about your situation, if you had enough time, how many competition proposals you had done in the past, your focus on the university and so on. It is also different to review someone from first grade and someone who is almost graduate, so take my review as an impartial opinion. I hope it will give you something useful. Wish you all good for your architecture future.
