The rocky side of the Croatian coastal belt is home to a variety of plants, including shrubs, trees and different types of grasses. This belt is known for its beauty and unique character. Greenery is extremely important in the Croatian coastal region, as it provides protection from the strong winds that often accompany coastal living. Trees and shrubs serve as windbreaks and protect houses and other buildings from strong gusts of wind. They also provide much-needed shade on hot summer days and keep temperatures comfortable. These green spaces provide a natural buffer between urban areas and the coastal belt, helping to create a sense of balance and harmony.
Taking into account the importance of green spaces and the influence of the wind on this area, the idea of the project is to create a space that is in harmony with the natural influences it can cause. The project adapts to its environment and has the least impact on its structure and composition.

Starting from the structure of the greenery of the site, as well as the surrounding area and its intersections, I perceived the forms that served me in the design of the plants at the site. In this way, I obtained a solution that would match the site as much as possible. Another way to achieve this consistency was to separate the villas from the ground to preserve the existing condition as much as possible. The shape of the villa affects the airflow around and through it. Different aspects of the building shape can increase or decrease the influence of the wind. Round buildings offer less resistance to wind than square buildings. With this in mind, the villa's unconventional foundation was designed not only with the help of a green structure, but also with the intention of mitigating and redirecting the winds.
There are 3 types of villas, 2 of which consist of 3 modules and one of which consists of 2 modules. The modules are divided into zones. In one is the entrance, in the second the day zone and in the third the night zone. This division was made with the idea that, if necessary, a zone can be added to the existing one, which can later be adapted to the needs of the users.
The living area was designed with the same idea of greening as the villas, with the fact that the shapes are simpler but still have a curvature to control the movement of the wind. Access to the plants is possible from two sides. From the front, where there is a separate entrance for each apartment, while access to the apartments on the floors is possible by means of a staircase similar to the fire escape.
Greenery played an important role in the design of the pedestrian zone and in the communication between the zones. Through the overlapping of the green structures of the site and the surrounding area, I noticed a system of networks that helped me in the formation of communications between objects as well as suitable places for the design of objects, providing an informal but functional solution. Along the promenade there are 2 large beaches equipped with deck chairs, showers and changing rooms. They are also equipped with stairs that facilitate access to the water and can be used for sitting. Besides the 2 large beaches, there are also several smaller ones.

The villas are buried in the ground on the back side. The depth of the burial depends on the slope of the land. Due to the slope of the terrain, each module is at a different height. They are designed for couples or families with 3 to 4 members. There are 3 types of villas with the area of 200m2, 215m2 and 185m2.
The promenade is partly on the ground and partly floating on the water. The floating promenade is modular, which means that it is easy to install and does not disturb the ecosystem by invasive digging and installing. They have a long lifespan, are durable and stable. In addition, they can adapt to the tides.
