I thank Saujan for his efforts in designing and presenting this work. In this work, the following points are noteworthy:
. Correctly using the sloping site and creating a reasonable level difference in the building design without destroying the contour land.
. Proper management of private and semi-private spaces

. Due to the existence of a wide and completely open horizon of the surrounding environment and the existence of the sea and having such a good opportunity to use sunlight, it is expected that sunlight will be used in the best way in lighting the building. For example, changing the dimensions of the windows according to the environmental conditions. Also, better management of the layout of interior spaces in order to enjoy maximum sunlight.
. The designer could have designed these villas with a more universal view so that its use would be easier and more enjoyable for more people. For example, designing ramps and special places next to the stairs for disabled people to pass.
. The presentation quality could be better.
. Not enough attention has been paid to color, texture and material. The colors and materials could be visually more harmonious with the environment.
