Miris Garden Hotel Project

After reviewing the project kindly find below my comments:
- The presentation of the project is appreciated.
- Concept based on the traditional culture that exist in the country which is knitting is interesting but in architecture can face some functional concern, however this concern to be taken into consideration such as:
o Structure
o Safety
o Access
- The main entrance does not give the impression that we are entering a hotel, we see a glass wall with doors, however SAS is to be considered in the main entrance and shall give us the impression what is the place we are entering to.
- Safety and fire exit to be reviewed and taken into consideration in terms of evacuation and easy access.
- I cannot see any access to the roof for maintenance how we can access to it.
- Parking space is an issue; underground is not enough and outside parking for hotel to be reconsidered.
- How to access all services to the hotel, if underground, then clearance and access to large vehicles to be considered.
- Due to the concept structure that are visual in the façade same as the existing materials or different.
