Your project has caught my attention because it focuses more on communal areas rather than just the buildings themselves. The villas have been designed with a view of the water, and the fact that they are built into the ground emphasizes the role of the land more than the buildings. Importance has been given to nature, and the site has been laid out with an appropriate density while the villas do not obstruct the view. The diversity in the arrangement, which has been inspired by organic geometry, is also one of its attractive features. If the materials used in the villas are nature-friendly and their appearance is coordinated with nature, the project will be very successful. Finally, I would like to mention energy as a last suggestion. If these villas are built sustainably, this project will receive even more attention. I wish you success and hope you shine in the coming years.
