I have reviewed the project submitted by Kristína Poláková from Slovakia for the INSPIRELI AWARDS. Overall, the project is impressive and has a lot of potential for development. In the following report, I will provide my feedback and comments on the project:
Creativity and Innovation:
The project shows a high level of creativity and innovation. The modular architecture approach and the use of prefabrication for construction are clever ideas that increase efficiency and lower costs. The idea of creating a resort with seven different zones, each with a different function, is also creative and provides a variety of options for guests. The natural corridor connecting the Marina and the Community Centre is a great idea, creating a pleasant view and adding value to the resort.
Functionality and Sustainability:
The project is well thought out in terms of functionality and sustainability. The buildings are placed harmoniously into the land, providing unique views for each building. The roads are designed to ensure that guests have the greatest possible comfort and do not obstruct the view. The orientation of the territory to the southwest adds value to the resort. The project includes a variety of accommodations, which provides greater reach on potential guests. The project aims to keep the construction process accessible, which is a great initiative towards sustainability.
Quality of Presentation Method:
The presentation method of the project is of high quality. The use of 3D renders and sketches effectively portrays the design of the project. The use of different colors and materials provides a clear visual representation of the project. The diagrams and maps used in the presentation are also well done, giving a clear view of the different zones of the resort.
Economic, Ethnic, and Social Conditions:
The project has a high potential to develop local tourism in the surroundings of Starigrad. The Community Centre offers various facilities, such as retail space, food and beverage outlets, a café with bakery, a mini-market, a restaurant, a coworking space, a bar with swimming pool, a children's center, and a reception area. These facilities can benefit both tourists and locals, contributing to the local economy. However, the project lacks a centralized place as a heart of the project to be considered as a social gathering place. Also, there is a lack of site plan design from an aesthetic point of view. Car parks are less, and the alley between two main buildings is not suitable to design as a street. We may have a flood there.
In conclusion, Kristína Poláková's project for the INSPIRELI AWARDS is impressive and has great potential but seem not implemented well from architectural point of view. There are some areas that need improvement, such as the lack of a centralized place as the heart of the project, lack of site plan design from an aesthetic point of view, car parks are less, and the alley between two main buildings is not suitable to design as a street. These areas need to be addressed in the future development of the project.

Sincerely,
