The approach is really interesting, I am impressed by the quality of the presentation.
A sustainable architecture and landscape architecture project on the Croatian shores would be an excellent way to preserve the natural beauty of the area while still allowing for development and growth.
The project could focus on using local and sustainable materials for building construction, such as locally sourced timber or stone. This would not only reduce the environmental impact of the project but would also create a sense of connection to the surrounding area and culture.
In terms of landscape architecture, the project could focus on preserving and restoring the native vegetation and ecosystems of the area. This could include incorporating green roofs, rain gardens, and other green infrastructure to reduce runoff and improve water quality in nearby bodies of water.
On other hand, the use renewable energy sources is a great plus to the project.
By taking a holistic approach to sustainability, a project on the Croatian shores could not only be environmentally responsible but could also promote economic growth and provide a beautiful, enjoyable space for visitors and locals alike
